About the Role
We are hiring experienced Key Account Managers to take full ownership of a defined book of business and drive repeat orders, account expansion, and long-term account health. This is not a cold-calling or lead-generation role. Success in this position comes from disciplined account management, consistent follow-up, and building strong, trusted relationships with buyers and decision-makers.
You will work closely with our field sales team and call center to ensure smooth account handoffs, ongoing support, and predictable ordering behavior across assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of high-value retail and distributor accounts
- Drive repeat orders and account expansion as the primary performance KPI
- Maintain a consistent cadence with top accounts (calls, check-ins, follow-ups)
- Review account performance weekly to identify growth opportunities or risk areas
- Coordinate clean handoffs from field sales and call center teams
- Re-engage stalled or at-risk accounts and restore ordering behavior
- Work cross-functionally with operations, inventory, and fulfillment teams
- Maintain accurate account ownership, notes, and next actions in CRM/ERP systems
- Provide weekly updates on account performance, risks, and growth opportunities
Must Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, or Account Executive
- Industry experience in distribution, CPG, wholesale, retail, or closely related sectors
- Proven ability to manage and grow an existing book of business with a focus on repeat orders
- Experience working with retail buyers, distributors, or multi-location accounts
- Strong follow-up discipline and ownership mindset for account outcomes
- Clear understanding of sales handoffs, account ownership, and lifecycle management
- Experience using CRM or order management systems to track activity and performance
Nice to Have Qualifications
- Existing book of business or active industry relationships
- Experience managing regional or national accounts
- Familiarity with wholesale ordering cycles and inventory-driven sales models

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Senior Odoo Developer (Full Stack) to join our growing global team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and optimizing Odoo solutions across multiple business domains. You will work closely with product owners, functional consultants, and other developers to deliver scalable, high-quality Odoo implementations. This is a hands-on technical role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and building robust ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules and features.
- Customize and extend Odoo core modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, and Project.
- Write clean, efficient, secure, and well-documented code using Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Develop and consume REST APIs and integrate Odoo with third-party systems.
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Handle Odoo version upgrades, migrations, and performance optimizations.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Must Have Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Developer.
- Strong expertise in Odoo framework and custom module development.
- Proficient in Python, Odoo ORM, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Solid understanding of Odoo backend and frontend architecture.
- Experience with Odoo version upgrades and migrations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Nice to Have Qualifications
- Experience with Odoo Studio and Odoo.sh.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Odoo.
