About the Role
GW Products USA is looking for a results-driven CRM & Email Marketing Executive to own and scale our lifecycle marketing strategy across B2B wholesale, distribution, and marketplace channels (Amazon, eBay, and multi-brand ecosystems).
This role is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing omnichannel CRM campaigns (Email-first, with SMS/WhatsApp extensions) to drive lead nurturing, customer retention, repeat purchases, and revenue growth. You will work closely with Sales, Marketplace, and Operations teams to align CRM strategy with business objectives.
We are looking for someone who understands segmentation, automation, analytics, and conversion optimization, and can turn data into measurable revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage end-to-end CRM & lifecycle marketing strategy
Build and optimize automated email flows (Welcome, Lead Nurture, Abandoned Cart, Re-engagement, Post-Purchase, Retention)
Develop segmentation strategies for B2B, wholesale, and marketplace customers
Execute omnichannel campaigns (Email, SMS, WhatsApp where applicable)
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, creatives, messaging, and CTAs
Monitor and improve KPIs: Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, Revenue per User, LTV
Maintain CRM database hygiene and audience segmentation
Collaborate with Sales & Marketplace teams to align CRM messaging with promotions and inventory
Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable reports
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
Must Have Qualifications
3–5+ years of hands-on CRM & Email Marketing experience
Proven experience managing lifecycle campaigns in B2B, wholesale, or e-commerce
Strong experience with CRM/automation tools such as:
HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HighLevel, or Odoo CRM
Experience building automated journeys, triggers, and segmentation logic
Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, Excel)
Demonstrated impact on retention, revenue growth, or conversion optimization
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have Qualifications
Experience with marketplace ecosystems (Amazon, eBay, B2B marketplaces)
Experience working with wholesale/distribution businesses
Knowledge of HTML email templates
Experience with WhatsApp/SMS automation
Familiarity with performance marketing integration
Experience in ERP-integrated CRM systems (Odoo preferred)
