You’ll take full ownership of our Odoo 18 front-end, architecting and scaling a multi-brand B2B/B2C marketplace. That includes:

• Inventory & order management

• 3PL/4PL integrations

• AI-driven workflows

• Real-time analytics

• Build responsive OWL 2 components and custom QWeb portal pages

• Ensure pixel-perfect design, snappy performance, and mobile-first responsiveness

• Collaborate with back-end engineers (REST/RPC) for seamless data flows

• Translate Figma/Zeplin designs into production UI with clean, reusable code

• Optimize front-end for performance, lazy loading, and responsiveness

• Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues across browsers and devices

• Strong JavaScript/ES6 and OWL 2 (Odoo Web Library)

• Proficient with QWeb templating, REST/RPC integration, lazy loading

• Solid CSS with Tailwind or Bootstrap; mobile-first development mindset

• Comfortable with Chrome DevTools, basic Figma/Zeplin handoff

• Knows how to debug, optimize, and ship production-quality UI

• Strong eye for UX/UI and usability

• Experience with charting libraries (Chart.js, ApexCharts, D3)

• Familiarity with LLM-integrated workflows (AI agents in front-end flows)

• Multi-language, RTL or localization experience

• Writing tests for front-end components and flows

• Write high-impact Python + OWL code, enforce best practices, run CI/CD.
• Mentor a small dev squad; review PRs, set coding standards.
• Plug AI/LLM services into Odoo (chatbots, automations).
• Keep production healthy: Postgres tuning, async jobs, error monitoring.

• 5 + Odoo projects as lead / principal engineer.
• Deep Python ORM + OWL front-end; REST/API integrations.
• Built at least one high-traffic portal.
• Comfortable fixing prod issues across time-zones.

• Build and own a mission-critical, large-scale Odoo architecture powering a dynamic marketplace.

• Lead a lean, high-impact development team, with full-stack ownership.

• Work on cutting-edge AI integrations in ERP – bot-assisted workflows, intelligent dashboards, automation.

• Drive cross-functional value by empowering vendors and customers through tech.

• Tune Postgres queries and queues (Odoo Queue, Celery, RQ)

• Pair with front-end & AI engineers to ship full-stack features

• Own production issues with a time-zone-agnostic mindset

• 3+ years deep Odoo Python/ORM experience

• Strong experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations

• Solid with PostgreSQL tuning, background jobs & async queues

• Comfort with tools like Git, black, pylint, pytest

• Understanding of OpenUpgrade and migration processes

• Production mindset: fix it now, refactor after

• Exposure to LLM workflows (e.g. GPT-4 agents, RAG pipelines)

• Experience with 3PL/4PL logistics, dropshipping platforms

• Building or scaling multi-brand marketplaces
