About the Role

GW Products USA is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead and scale our remote inside sales function focused on the U.S. market. This is a hands-on, execution-driven leadership role for someone who understands modern B2B go-to-market motion, remote sales operations, and technology-enabled selling. You will manage and grow a distributed inside sales team responsible for acquiring, retaining, and expanding U.S.-based retail accounts across GW’s high-demand alternative product portfolio. This role requires someone who is tech-forward, data-driven, and deeply familiar with CRM/ERP systems, while also being strong in sales execution and coaching.

This position is ideal for a sales leader who has built or run remote inside sales teams, understands B2B sales cycles, and knows how to turn systems, processes, and people into predictable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and manage a remote inside sales team focused on U.S.-based retail customers
  • Own inside sales performance including revenue, conversion, retention, and upsell metrics
  • Build and execute inside sales go-to-market strategies aligned with company growth goals
  • Establish and optimize sales processes, playbooks, scripts, and KPIs
  • Ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting using CRM/ERP systems
  • Personally stay hands-on with key accounts, escalations, and strategic deals
  • Drive adoption and disciplined usage of CRM and ERP tools (GoHighLevel & Odoo)
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Logistics to ensure smooth order flow and customer experience
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion opportunities across the product catalog
  • Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and drive continuous improvement
  • Hire, onboard, and train inside sales representatives as the team scales
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and U.S. business standards
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in inside sales or remote B2B sales, with at least 2+ years in a sales leadership or manager role
  • Proven experience managing remote inside sales teams serving U.S.-based customers
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, account-based selling, and retention-driven revenue models
  • High comfort level with sales technology and systems
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP platforms (GoHighLevel and Odoo strongly preferred)
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking pipelines, KPIs, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Comfortable working fully remote and aligned with U.S. business hours
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience selling to retail, wholesale, or distribution-based customers
  • Background in alternative products, FMCG, or regulated product categories
  • Experience building inside sales teams from scratch or scaling them rapidly
  • Exposure to omnichannel sales motions (phone, email, WhatsApp, CRM-driven outreach)
  • Familiarity with go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and revenue operations
  • Experience working in high-growth or startup environments
