As we scale our digital sales engine globally, we're building a high-performance remote sales force based in the Philippines to dominate the U.S. market.

About the Position

We're seeking experienced Inside Sales Agents with a hunter mindset and proven success in U.S. or U.K. markets to fuel our expansion. This is a high-activity, performance-driven role where you'll execute outbound cold calling to B2B retailers, generate new business, and maximize your earning potential with uncapped commissions. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound cold calling (50-150+ calls daily) to prospective B2B retail customers across the U.S.

  • Engage decision-makers in meaningful conversations to qualify leads, present product solutions, and close deals

  • Generate quotes, negotiate terms, and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets

  • Manage pipeline growth through disciplined prospecting and systematic follow-up in CRM systems

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, lead status, and customer interactions in Database, GoHighLevel & Odoo. 

  • Collaborate with team leads and marketing to execute campaigns and optimize outreach strategies

  • Participate actively in daily team meetings, coaching sessions, and sales training during U.S. business hours (Monday-Friday)

  • Stay current on product knowledge, industry regulations, and competitive landscape

Compensation, Bonuses & KPIs

  • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure, earn based on your performance with no ceiling on income potential

  • Performance-based incentives rewarded monthly (higher of base salary or earned commission)

  • Daily activity metrics: 50-150+ calls, 10-20+ quality conversations (ramping targets based on tenure)

  • Weekly targets: 2-6 quotes generated, 1-3 deals closed (performance-based progression)

  • Monthly revenue quotas and pipeline development requirements

  • Recognition programs and performance bonuses for exceeding targets

Work Enablement Resources

  • Systems Access: CRM platforms i,e (Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Odoo), auto-dialers, and sales enablement tools

  • Knowledge Base: Product catalogues, compliance guidelines, pricing sheets, and competitive intelligence

  • Collaboration Tools: Shared drives, team communication channels, video conferencing and workflow automation.

  • Training & Development: Comprehensive onboarding, ongoing sales coaching, call recording reviews, and professional development resources

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years of remote inside sales experience in U.S. or U.K. markets OR proven call center sales background with international market exposure

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in high-activity, metric-driven environments

  • Hunter mentality, comfortable with cold calling, rejection, and aggressive prospecting to open new accounts

  • CRM Proficiency, Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Odoo, or similar platforms

  • Tech-savvy, Fluent in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and productivity tools; ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently

  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting during U.S. business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day)

  • Exceptional communication skills, Fluent in English with professional, persuasive phone presence and strong negotiation abilities

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet workspace conducive to professional sales calls

  • Experience in distribution, wholesale, or regulated consumer products (nicotine, beverage, compressed gases) is a plus but not required

  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets for managing customer trackers and updating quote/lead statuses.

  • Ability to engage in free-flow, professional conversations with customers.

  • Ability to adapt and tweak sales scripts as needed for different scenarios
