Technical Program Manager – Odoo ERP

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Technical Program Manager (TPM) with hands-on Odoo ERP experience to lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional technical programs. In this role, you will act as the connective layer between engineering, product, and business teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of initiatives—particularly those involving Odoo modules, integrations, and process improvements.
This role requires strong program management discipline combined with enough technical depth to understand system dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of technical programs across multiple teams
- Own program scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define requirements and delivery plans
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, schedules, documentation, and status reports
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and cross-team dependencies; proactively drive mitigation plans
- Facilitate clear and consistent cross-functional communication to maintain alignment and momentum
- Track program progress, performance metrics, and deliverables; report regularly to leadership
- Coordinate resource allocation and ensure teams are unblocked and supported
- Support change management initiatives, especially related to Odoo ERP workflows, modules, and integrations
- Ensure technical and business requirements are clearly documented and properly implemented
- Manage stakeholder expectations and build strong working relationships across teams
- Drive continuous improvement in program management processes, workflows, and execution frameworks
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role
- Hands-on experience working with Odoo ERP, including functional workflows, implementations, or module management
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical delivery processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple, complex, cross-functional programs simultaneously
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using project and program management tools such as Jira, Asana, Confluence, Trello, or similar
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams
Nice to have
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Technical background or prior hands-on experience in engineering or product teams
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe, or Agile credentials
- Experience managing programs in SaaS, ERP, or fast-paced technology environments
- Familiarity with Odoo integrations, custom modules, or data flows
