About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
and self-driven Senior Odoo Developer (Full Stack) to join our growing Bangladesh team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing,
customizing, and optimizing Odoo solutions across multiple business domains.
You will work closely with product owners, functional consultants, and other developers
to deliver scalable, high-quality Odoo implementations. This is a hands-on
technical role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and building
robust ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules and
features.
- Develop and consume REST APIs and integrate Odoo with
third-party systems.
- Customize and extend Odoo core modules such as Sales,
Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, and Project.
- Write clean, efficient, secure, and well-documented
code using Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into
technical solutions.
- Handle Odoo version upgrades, migrations, and
performance optimizations.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best
practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an
Agile/Scrum environment.
Requirements
- 5+
years of Odoo development experience
- Strong
in Odoo framework & custom module development
- Proficient
in Python, Odoo ORM, XML, JavaScript, PostgreSQL
- Good understanding of Odoo architecture (backend &
frontend)
- Experience in Odoo upgrades, migrations, or version
handling
- API
integration experience (REST/SOAP)
- Exposure to Odoo Studio / Odoo.sh, CI/CD or DevOps
(plus)
- Experience in enterprise or large-scale ERP projects
(preferred)
