We’re seeking highly motivated Inside Sales Lead Gen Agents based in the Philippines with a strong background in remote sales or call center roles. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working U.S. time zones, be familiar with CRM and ERP systems (preferably Go High Level and Odoo), and be driven by results and commissions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential retail clients across the U.S.
Convert leads into active customers and build strong relationships with prospects.
Manage inbound customer inquiries and provide excellent support and product knowledge.
Accurately log and manage customer data using CRM/ERP platforms (Go High Level, Odoo).
Maintain sales pipeline and follow-up schedule.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the U.S. sales team for product updates, promotions, and training.
Compensation & Incentives
Maximum earning potential upto $1,200 per month

Requirements
1+ years of experience in remote sales or call center roles
3-6 Months of Lead Generation Experience will be preferred
Proven ability to meet quotas and drive conversions over the phone
Strong communication skills and fluent English
Comfortable working U.S. business hours
Proficient with CRM and ERP systems (Go High Level and Odoo preferred)
Stable internet connection and quiet work environment
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and tech-savvy
