Wholesale Terms and Conditions

1. The minimum wholesale order value is USD 300, excluding shipping charges, taxes and any additional fees.
2. Wholesale prices are available only to approved or registered business buyers. Product pricing, inventory and availability may change without notice.
3. Shipping charges are determined separately based on the destination, shipping method, order size and shipment weight. Orders will not be processed or shipped until all applicable product and shipping charges have been confirmed and paid.
4. Orders generally require 1–3 business days for processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, product availability and other external factors.
5. Buyers must provide accurate billing and shipping information. The supplier is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the buyer.
6. Products offered through this shop may include age-restricted or regulated merchandise. The buyer is responsible for maintaining all licences, permits and registrations required to purchase, possess, distribute or resell the products ordered.
7. The buyer is responsible for confirming compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, including restrictions involving tobacco, vape products, flavoured products, kratom, cannabinoids, CBD and other regulated merchandise.
8. Orders delivered to a broker, freight forwarder or third-party logistics provider are considered delivered once received at the designated location. Responsibility for any subsequent loss, shortage or damage rests with the broker or final carrier.
9. Claims involving lost or damaged shipments must be reported promptly to the supplier. Any replacement, credit or refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis following review of the claim and carrier investigation.
10. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these purchasing, shipping and product-responsibility terms.
    
    Returns, replacements and refunds are subject to prior vendor review and written authorization.
