All orders are subject to written acceptance by Strand Europe Ltd, product availability, applicable MOQ and MOV requirements, agreed pricing, production capacity, and the final purchase order.

Current MOQ and MOV Requirements

• Alkaline batteries: Minimum order value of USD 10,000.

• Zinc, CR and specialty batteries: Minimum order value of USD 10,000.

• Ni-MH rechargeable products: Minimum order value of USD 15,000.

• AA/AAA small packs from 2-pack through 10-pack: 5,000 packs per SKU.

• AA/AAA packs of 12 or more: 2,000 packs per SKU.

• C, D and 9V batteries: 2,000 packs per SKU.

• CR and AG button cells: 2,000 packs per SKU.

• Ni-MH batteries: 2,000 packs per SKU.

• Ni-MH chargers: 3,000 packs per SKU.

• Flashlights: 3,000 packs per SKU.

Customized Packaging and Labelling

Customized packaging for alkaline batteries, zinc batteries and button cells requires production of 20,000 packs per item. Where the full quantity is not taken in one order, the remaining backing-card stock may be used for subsequent orders, and the backing-card expiry information may reflect the original production batch.

Additional black-and-white labelling charges are:

• 4 × 2 cm product-package label: USD 0.02 per label.

• 2 × 6 cm carton label: USD 0.03 per label.

• 20 × 10 cm carton label: USD 0.06 per label.

The purchasing partner is responsible for 100% of customized-labelling costs.

Orders, prices, product availability, ports, lead times, freight arrangements and additional charges remain subject to final written confirmation by Strand Europe Ltd. The supplier’s final quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase-order acceptance and commercial supply terms will prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
