Shipping Policy

Orders are supplied on an FOB basis from the applicable named port, subject to written order confirmation, product availability, MOQ/MOV compliance, and agreed shipping arrangements.

Zinc and alkaline batteries, button cells, and flashlights may be consolidated FOB Ningbo or Shanghai. Kodak rechargeable products are preferably supplied FOB Hong Kong. Rechargeable-product consolidation in China may require additional time and dangerous-goods handling arrangements.

Buyers must coordinate vessel and freight-forwarder arrangements within the agreed collection period.

Delayed Container Charges

• Up to 14 days: No storage fee; strict notice applies.

• 15–28 days: 1.5% storage fee.

• 29–35 days: 2.5% storage fee.

• 36 days or more: 3% storage fee.

A last-minute change of freight forwarder after shipping documents have been completed will incur a USD 200 administration fee. Applicable storage, documentation, handling, or administrative charges will be added to the invoice.

Returns and Claims

A formal commercial return, refund, damaged-goods, shortage, and defective-product policy has not yet been provided by Strand Europe Ltd. Returns must not be made without prior written authorization from the supplier. Any approved claim will be handled according to the supplier’s written instructions and the applicable purchase-order terms
