About the Position
We are looking for a Junior Marketing Executive who is eager to build a career in modern digital and B2B marketing.
You will support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, content, CRM, and digital platforms.
This is not a purely administrative marketing position. We are looking for someone who enjoys experimenting with new ideas, understands digital platforms, is comfortable working with data, and can use modern AI tools to work faster and more effectively.
The role is suitable for an early-career marketer with some practical experience through employment, internships, freelance work, university projects, or personal projects.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Support email marketing, social media, content marketing, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Help create campaigns targeting B2B customers and business decision-makers.
- Coordinate campaign schedules, marketing assets, and promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Content & Social Media
- Assist with creating engaging content for social media, email, websites, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage and update social media content calendars.
- Research industry trends, competitors, customers, and content opportunities.
- Work with designers and other team members to produce marketing materials.
- Maintain consistency across company messaging and brand communications.
CRM & Marketing Automation
- Support lead management and marketing activities within CRM platforms.
- Help create and maintain customer segments and marketing lists.
- Assist with email sequences, automated campaigns, and customer journeys.
- Maintain accurate marketing and customer data.
- Work closely with Sales to improve lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
- Prepare regular reports using Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, and marketing platforms.
- Analyze campaign engagement, leads, conversions, and other performance metrics.
- Use data to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
AI & Marketing Technology
- Use AI tools to support research, content creation, campaign development, and marketing productivity.
- Experiment with AI-powered marketing and automation tools.
- Research new technologies that can improve marketing efficiency and performance.
- Support the implementation of AI-driven marketing workflows.

Requirements
Must Have
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, content marketing, email marketing, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and online collaboration tools.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Good research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Willingness and ability to learn new software and marketing technologies quickly.
Preferred
- Previous internship, freelance, or professional marketing experience.
- Experience with B2B marketing.
- Experience with email marketing and marketing automation.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Odoo, or Zoho.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO and website analytics.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Odoo ERP or Odoo Marketing applications.
- Experience using AI for content, research, marketing automation, or campaign optimization.
- Basic knowledge of dashboards and data visualization.
- Experience working with international or U.S.-based businesses is an advantage.
