Senior ECRM & Email Marketing Lead

GW Products USA is looking for a Senior eCRM & Email Marketing Lead to own and scale our B2B lifecycle, marketplace, and wholesale communication strategy. This role requires a rare mix of deep technical email expertise, creative campaign ownership, and strong understanding of B2B distribution and marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, wholesale partners).
You will be responsible for email infrastructure health, deliverability, automation, and performance, while working closely with sales, operations, and leadership. This is a hands-on senior role, not a coordinator position.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end eCRM & email marketing strategy for B2B, wholesale, and marketplaces
- Design and execute email-first lifecycle campaigns: lead nurturing, onboarding, retention, reactivation, and upsell
- Manage and optimize email deliverability, including:
- IP reputation & warming
- Domain health (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Inbox placement, bounce management, spam mitigation
- Build and maintain advanced automation workflows in Go HighLevel and Odoo CRM
- Segment audiences based on B2B behavior, order history, marketplace data, and sales cycles
- Collaborate with sales teams to align CRM pipelines and email flows
- Own creative direction for email campaigns (copy, structure, personalization logic)
- Track, analyze, and optimize KPIs: open rates, CTR, conversion, revenue attribution
- Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and marketplace communication policies
- Continuously test, iterate, and improve campaign performance (A/B testing, content, timing)
Must Have
- 5+ years of senior-level eCRM / email marketing experience (email-first, not social-only)
- Proven B2B email marketing experience
- Marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, B2B platforms)
- Strong hands-on experience managing:
- Email infrastructure
- IP & domain reputation
- Deliverability and inbox placement
- Deep understanding of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Experience with Go HighLevel CRM (hands-on, not theoretical)
- Experience working with ERP-driven CRM data (Odoo preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset with clear revenue attribution from email
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP / Odoo CRM
- Experience integrating CRM, ERP, and marketplace data
- Copywriting experience for B2B and wholesale audiences
- Experience scaling email programs across multiple regions or brands
- Background in SaaS, ERP, logistics, or distribution-driven businesses
