We sell to licensed smoke shops, c-stores, and food-service operators who stock these for the rapidly growing N2O-infused beverage trend — espresso martinis, infused cocktails, and craft cream toppings — that has become popular with adult consumers in their stores.

By purchasing, you confirm you have read, understood, and accept this notice. Cloverleaf and its distribution network supply these products subject to and in accordance with this Misuse & Safety Notice.

Cloverleaf N2O products are not for medical use and NOT for human consumption — the act of which is illegal in many jurisdictions.

Human inhalation of N2O (often called "laughing gas") can cause serious side effects including brain injury, vitamin B12 deficiency, nerve damage, nausea, vomiting, excessive sweating, and dizziness. Misuse can be fatal due to asphyxiation. These products must therefore be bought, and resold by the buyer, exclusively for legitimate purposes such as the FDA-approved food additive use as a propellant for whipped cream.

Handling — DO NOT, under any circumstances:

• Pierce or impale chargers or cylinders
• Store in an unsafe or unsecured manner — environment must be temperature-controlled per the manufacturer's instructions
• Dispose of chargers or cylinders before they have been fully and safely emptied
• Dispose in any unsafe or unauthorised manner
• Place pressurised chargers or tanks on board an aircraft

US regulatory note

Nitrous oxide is regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as a food-grade additive when used as a propellant. Several US states (including California, New York, Maryland, Michigan, and Louisiana) restrict the sale or possession of N2O outside of culinary, medical, or industrial use. Federal, state, and local laws apply. The buyer is solely responsible for compliance in their jurisdiction. Cloverleaf operates above and beyond the standard requirements as a responsible distributor of a restricted product.

Buyer covenants

By placing an order, you confirm:

• All sales are made strictly to persons aged 21 or over with valid photo ID verified at point of sale.
• You do not intend to misuse the products.
• You do not intend to supply the products to any third party for the purpose of misuse, nor in a way that is reckless as to whether that third party intends to misuse the goods.
• You will not supply any person under the age of 21 with these products.
• You understand that inhalation carries the risk of serious health problems, including death.
• You will take all reasonable measures to ensure the goods are used only in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
• You will keep the goods in a secure place with no access to minors or to persons who may misuse them.
• You understand that if you misuse the products, supply a third party for misuse or in a reckless manner, or supply persons under the age of 21, we will terminate our business relationship, ban you from future purchases, and where appropriate share that information with law enforcement.
• You understand that none of the above should be considered legal advice. Seek your own professional legal advice where necessary.

Refusal of supply. Cloverleaf and GW Products will refuse to supply you if we suspect you intend to misuse our products in any way, and you will be blacklisted from future sales. The sale of nitrous oxide cream chargers and tanks is solely for the preparation of food and beverages.
