What you’ll hire for (core focus)
You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing top-tier engineers, including:
  • Odoo Backend Developers (Python, ORM, APIs)
  • Odoo Frontend Developers (OWL, QWeb)
  • Odoo Website / Theme Developers
  • Mobile App Developers (Kotlin & Swift)
  • AI / LLM Engineers (RAG, agents, integrations)
  • Chat App / Messaging Platform Developers
  • UI/UX Designers (B2B, mobile, eCommerce)
  • Engineers with B2B & multi-vendor marketplace experience
If you don’t understand these roles well enough to filter them, this role will break you.

What we expect from you
  • End-to-end recruitment ownership (JD → sourcing → screening → offer)
  • Ability to technically screen candidates before interviews
  • Strong network and reach to top engineering talent
  • Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, tags & filters, referrals, communities, and direct outreach
  • Experience hiring fast in startup / scale-up environments
  • Clear communication with founders, CTOs, and tech leads
  • Speed without sacrificing quality
  • Source talent before posting jobs
  • Identify senior engineers in 15–20 minute calls
  • Say “no” fast to weak candidates
  • Close strong candidates with vision and impact, not just money

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting (in-house or agency)
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, AngelList, Dribbble, Behance, and private talent communities
  • Ability to screen and communicate with candidates on technical topics
    (e.g., Software Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Systems, Design)
  • Proven experience hiring for high-performing, product-led teams
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (CSE), Information Technology, HR, or a related field preferred

Preferred / Nice-to-Have
  • Established relationships or access to candidates from FAANG / Fortune 500 / Top-Tier Tech Companies
  • Experience hiring for UAE, US, or global markets
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment

Junior Odoo Developer

About the Role: 
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Odoo Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with experienced developers to design, develop, and enhance Odoo solutions tailored to client needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to learn and grow within the Odoo framework, contributing to impactful projects and gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. 

Responsibilities 
• Learn and understand the Odoo framework and its modules. 
• Assist in the design, development, and customization of Odoo applications and modules. 
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python and XML. 
• Participate in daily team meetings and collaborate with senior developers. 
• Support the migration process for Odoo version upgrades. 
• Assist in analyzing scope documents and creating low-level requirement documents. 
• Contribute to the creation of new features and functionalities within Odoo. 
• Perform testing and debugging of Odoo applications. 

Requirements  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 
• Basic understanding of Python programming language. 
• Familiarity with the Odoo framework and its core modules is a plus. 
• Basic understanding of JavaScript and PostgreSQL is desirable. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. 
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. 
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
