Technical Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter who has a strong network and proven ability to source and engage top-tier technical talent — particularly individuals from high-performance environments, product-driven organizations, and world-class tech companies (e.g., FAANG, Fortune 500, and leading startups).
This individual must be technically fluent (comfortable discussing engineering concepts, development stacks, or product workflows) and able to assess candidate competency beyond basic resume screening.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for technical and product-focused roles
- Source high-caliber candidates through networks, platforms, referrals, communities, and targeted outreach
- Evaluate candidates’ technical proficiency, problem-solving approach, and cultural alignment
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and success profiles
- Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, and follow-up professionally
- Maintain talent pipelines for Senior, Lead, and Specialist-level roles
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting (in-house or agency)
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, AngelList, Dribbble, Behance, and private talent communities
- Ability to screen and communicate with candidates on technical topics
- Proven experience hiring for high-performing, product-led teams
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (CSE), Information Technology, HR, or a related field preferred

- Established relationships or access to candidates from FAANG / Fortune 500 / Top-Tier Tech Companies
- Experience hiring for UAE, US, or global markets
