Senior eCRM Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior eCRM Executive to join our dynamic and fast-paced team in Dubai. You will be the strategic and operational lead for our customer relationship marketing activities across multiple global brands in the B2B alternative products sector. With the majority of our customer base in the USA and operations worldwide, you will manage and execute omnichannel campaigns that generate leads, nurture existing customers, and convert return traffic into sales.

You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to create integrated, data-driven eCRM strategies across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and other platforms, tailored to brand and market-specific needs.

Must Have

  • 5+ years of hands-on eCRM experience, preferably in a B2B or multi-brand environment
  • Proven ability to develop and execute omnichannel CRM strategies at scale
  • Proficient in using CRM/marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, HighLevel, Odoo etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with a strong command of campaign performance metrics and A/B testing.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative, and commercially driven environment.
  • Fluency in English required; other languages are a plus.
