Odoo Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient Odoo Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. This is a key role responsible for leading end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations, with a strong focus on both technical development (Python) and project management. The ideal candidate will bring deep Odoo expertise, hands-on Python coding ability, and a proven track record of managing successful ERP projects.
This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think
outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done"
spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full-cycle Odoo ERP implementations across various business departments.
- Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python based on client and internal needs.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise development tasks with in-house or external technical teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones and adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline.
Must Have
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in Odoo module development and customization.
- Proven experience in managing ERP or software development projects
- Solid understanding of Odoo architecture and core modules
Preferred Skills
- Experience with PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, or QWeb.
- Familiarity with deployment and server management in a Linux environment.
- Experience in business analysis or a functional consultant role in ERP projects.
- Ability to train users and create functional documentation.
