Social Media Strategist

We are looking for a data-driven Social Media Performance Marketing Strategist to lead and optimize our campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and other social platforms. The ideal candidate will focus on turning social media efforts into measurable revenue, tracking ROI, and scaling campaigns profitably.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize paid social media campaigns
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs including ROAS, CPA, LTV, and overall ROI.
- A/B test creatives, copy, targeting, and formats to improve performance and reduce cost per conversion.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce data-backed ad creatives and hooks.
- Develop strategies to monetize organic social content and integrate it with paid campaigns.
Must Have
- Proven experience running high-ROI campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X.
- Deep understanding of social media advertising platforms and analytics tools
- Experience with performance tracking, attribution, conversion optimization, UGC Campaigns & Influencer Campaigns
- Strong analytical skills, data interpretation, and reporting.
- Ability to create actionable insights and strategies based on campaign data.
