 We are seeking a results-driven Senior Paid Media Executive to join our fast-paced and innovative team in Dubai. You will be responsible for strategizing, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across a diverse portfolio of B2B alternative product brands. With a strong focus on lead generation from the USA, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales and business growth worldwide.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll be the key driver of performance marketing initiatives, managing multi-channel campaigns including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Search & Display, TikTok Ads, GDN, and other emerging platforms. The ideal candidate is a data-savvy digital expert who can independently execute campaigns while collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Paid Media Strategy across all brands and channels to drive qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Plan, build, and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (Meta, Google Search/Display, TikTok, GDN, etc.) aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Manage full campaign lifecycle – from ideation and audience targeting to creative briefing, setup, tracking, and reporting.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for cost efficiency and lead quality using data-driven insights and A/B testing.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs such as Cost per Lead (CPL), conversion rates, and ROI. Having ownership of the data analytics and dashboarding for your own reporting.
  • Collaborate with content, design, sales, and operations teams to align messaging, landing pages, and conversion strategies.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and compliance across all channels and campaigns.

Must Have

  • Minimum 4-6 years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally in a B2B or performance-led environment.
  • Proven track record of lead generation success through paid media channels.
  • Expertise in managing budgets across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search & Display), TikTok Ads, GDN, and other platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, landing page conversion, and lead qualification.
  • Skilled in data analysis and campaign reporting (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Odoo etc.).
  • Experience managing multiple brands or verticals simultaneously is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a bias for action.
