About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Odoo Team Lead (Full Stack) to lead our Odoo development team and drive technical excellence across projects. This role combines hands-on development with team leadership, architecture ownership, and delivery responsibility. You will mentor developers, define best practices, and ensure high-quality, scalable Odoo solutions while collaborating closely with stakeholders and product teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Odoo developers.
  • Architect, design, and develop scalable Odoo solutions end-to-end.
  • Take ownership of complex customizations, integrations, and migrations.
  • Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and execution plans.
  • Plan sprint tasks, allocate work, and track delivery milestones.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and DevOps teams.
  • Handle performance optimization, security, and scalability concerns.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for Odoo-related decisions.
Must Have Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Odoo development with strong full-stack expertise.
  • 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring Odoo development teams.
  • Deep knowledge of Odoo architecture, ORM, and core modules.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
  • Proven experience with Odoo migrations, integrations, and large implementations.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have Qualifications
  • Experience with Odoo.sh, cloud deployments, and DevOps workflows.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, or Kubernetes in Odoo environments.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum project management.
  • Experience working with distributed or global teams.
  • Odoo certification(s).
