Senior Odoo Team Lead (Full Stack)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Odoo Team Lead (Full Stack) to lead our Odoo development team and drive technical excellence across projects. This role combines hands-on development with team leadership, architecture ownership, and delivery responsibility. You will mentor developers, define best practices, and ensure high-quality, scalable Odoo solutions while collaborating closely with stakeholders and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Odoo developers.
- Architect, design, and develop scalable Odoo solutions end-to-end.
- Take ownership of complex customizations, integrations, and migrations.
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and execution plans.
- Plan sprint tasks, allocate work, and track delivery milestones.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Handle performance optimization, security, and scalability concerns.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for Odoo-related decisions.
Must Have
- 6+ years of experience in Odoo development with strong full-stack expertise.
- 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring Odoo development teams.
- Deep knowledge of Odoo architecture, ORM, and core modules.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Proven experience with Odoo migrations, integrations, and large implementations.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Odoo.sh, cloud deployments, and DevOps workflows.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, or Kubernetes in Odoo environments.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum project management.
- Experience working with distributed or global teams.
- Odoo certification(s).
