Implementation Consultant

We are seeking a knowledgeable and client focused Implementation Consultant to guide our customers through the successful setup and deployment of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience managing software implementations, preferably with ERP systems like Odoo.
This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think
outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done"
spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation of software solutions for clients, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
- Gather and analyze client requirements, workflows, and processes to configure solutions accordingly.
- Work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure smooth implementations.
- Configure, customize, and optimize software applications based on client needs.
- Provide training and support to clients during and after implementation.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.
- Identify potential risks or challenges in the implementation process and propose solutions.
- Ensure client satisfaction and adoption of software solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to provide technical expertise during pre- and post-sales phases.
- Stay updated on product features, updates, and best practices to advise clients effectively.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an Implementation Consultant, ERP Consultant, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of software implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo, including configuration and module setup.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple implementations and projects simultaneously.
- Experience creating documentation, training materials, and user guides.
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS or software deployment projects.
- Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and data migration processes.
- Certification or formal training in ERP or Odoo implementation.
- Experience in change management and client training programs.
