About GW Products USA
GW Products USA is a growing B2B distributor and wholesale marketplace serving retailers, vendors, brands, and distributors across the United States. We operate on a technology-driven platform, Odoo ERP, GHL CRM, vendor portals, mobile applications, integrated logistics, and state-specific compliance rules.
We're looking for commercially strong, technology-comfortable representatives who can build relationships, generate orders, onboard marketplace partners, and help customers succeed on our systems.
The Role
This is not a traditional field-sales-only position. You'll work across four areas:
- Retailer acquisition and account development
- Vendor and seller onboarding
- Distributor and strategic partner development
- Existing customer follow-up, reactivation, and order generation
You'll meet businesses in person, make outbound calls, follow up on website leads, help customers with registration and ordering, and keep activity records current in Odoo and GHL.
Key Responsibilities
Retailer & Customer Development
- Visit retailers and identify new sales opportunities
- Call new website registrations and existing GW customers
- Understand what customers buy today, what's missing, and how they order
- Help retailers register, browse the catalog, get pricing, and place a first order
- Re-engage inactive accounts and drive repeat orders
- Maintain long-term relationships with owners and purchasing decision-makers
Vendor & Seller Onboarding
- Identify brands, wholesalers, manufacturers, and distributors that fit the GW marketplace
- Walk vendors through onboarding, the portal, commission structure, and fulfillment expectations
- Confirm each vendor has a dedicated contact for products, stock, invoicing, and dispatch
- Collect product lists, pricing, shipping terms, and required documents
- Coordinate approved vendors with our onboarding team and follow through until they're live
Distributor & Partner Relationships
- Build relationships with regional and national distributors
- Explore dropshipping, wholesale purchasing, inventory feeds, and logistics partnerships
- Negotiate commercial terms with management support
- Develop pallet, freight, dropship, and direct-to-retailer opportunities
Systems & Reporting
- Log calls, visits, notes, and opportunities in Odoo and GHL
- Keep pipeline stages and records accurate
- Flag missing products, competitor pricing, shipping issues, and compliance concerns
- Work cross-functionally with inside sales, operations, logistics, and vendor teams
What We're Looking For
- Experience in field sales, business development, wholesale, distribution, retail, or account management
- Comfortable making outbound calls and visiting businesses in person
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up discipline
- Working familiarity with CRM, ERP, e-commerce, or marketplace systems
- Willingness to learn tools like Odoo, GHL, vendor portals, and mobile apps
- Ability to grasp product restrictions, state compliance rules, and different pricing tiers
- Organized enough to juggle multiple retailer, vendor, and distributor opportunities at once
- Able to work independently with transparent reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience in convenience stores, smoke shops, wholesale distribution, alternative products, beverages, or similar B2B categories is a plus
Compensation
Performance-driven, structured around:
- Fixed monthly base
- Commission on eligible direct sales
- Commission & bonuses for activated retailers
- Vendor-onboarding incentives
- Distributor and strategic-account incentives
- Additional bonuses tied to agreed targets
We currently have commission-based representatives generating approximately $10,000/month. Earnings are performance-dependent and not guaranteed - but the opportunity is real for people who build relationships, follow up, and close.
