AI Team Lead (Odoo Backend Focus)

We are seeking an experienced AI Team Lead with strong expertise in Odoo backend development to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions within our ERP ecosystem. The role involves managing a technical team, integrating AI models into Odoo modules, and driving automation and intelligent decision-making systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor AI and backend developers, defining system architecture for AI-powered Odoo solutions.
- Customize and develop Odoo modules (HR, Recruitment, CRM, etc.) and integrate AI/ML models.
- Optimize Odoo backend performance, database queries, and handle multi-company/multi-database setups.
- Design and deploy AI/ML solutions (NLP, recommendation systems, automation, chatbots, predictive analytics).
- Integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.) and ensure scalable, secure, high-performance systems
Experience
- 5–8 years in software development
- 3+ years in Odoo backend development
- 2+ years in AI/ML projects (preferred)
- Prior team lead/senior role experience
- ERP system development experience is a plus
