At the core of our business is Odoo ERP, which serves as the single source of truth for our operations, powering Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchasing, Accounting, Logistics, and Business Operations.
On top of Odoo, we are developing an AI-powered Agentic Business Operating System that leverages Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), workflow automation, and intelligent decision-making to transform how businesses operate.
We are looking for engineers who are passionate about building practical AI solutions that integrate deeply with enterprise systems and solve real business problems.
About the Position
We are seeking an AI Engineer with strong Python development skills and experience building AI-powered applications, automation, and intelligent business systems.
The ideal candidate has experience working with Odoo ERP or other enterprise platforms and understands how AI can be integrated into business workflows rather than existing as standalone applications.
You will work alongside Odoo developers, AI engineers, product managers, and leadership to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered capabilities that improve productivity, automate business processes, and create intelligent user experiences across our platform.
Key Responsibilities
AI Solution Development
- Design, build, and maintain AI-powered business applications.
- Develop intelligent AI agents capable of automating business operations.
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications for enterprise knowledge retrieval.
- Develop AI copilots, virtual assistants, and intelligent workflow automation.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into real-world business processes.
Odoo ERP Integration
- Build AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with Odoo ERP.
- Develop APIs and backend services connecting AI systems with Odoo modules.
- Extend Odoo workflows using AI-powered automation.
- Collaborate with Odoo developers to build scalable enterprise solutions.
- Optimize AI interactions with ERP data while maintaining security and performance.
Backend Development
- Develop scalable Python backend services.
- Design REST APIs and asynchronous services.
- Build integrations with third-party platforms and cloud services.
- Optimize PostgreSQL queries and backend performance.
- Maintain secure, production-ready code following engineering best practices.
Research & Innovation
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
- Prototype new AI features and automation opportunities.
- Improve existing AI models and business workflows.
- Recommend innovative solutions that create measurable business value.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Managers, Odoo Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning.
- Support testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.

Requirements
Must Have
- 2–5 years of professional Python development experience.
- Strong understanding of backend software engineering principles.
- Experience building AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Experience building AI agents or workflow automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend integrations.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
- Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
Preferred
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (v16, v17, or v18).
- Strong understanding of the Odoo ORM and backend architecture.
- Experience integrating AI solutions directly with ERP systems.
- Experience with Odoo.sh deployments.
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source LLMs.
- Experience using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Chroma, or Weaviate.
- Experience deploying AI applications using Docker and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ, or asynchronous processing.
- Experience in ERP, supply chain, logistics, marketplaces, wholesale, or SaaS platforms.
- GitHub portfolio or open-source contributions demonstrating AI or backend development.
