E-commerce Manager

We are looking for a results driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will manage our e-commerce platforms, optimize product listings, improve customer experience, and lead strategies to increase online revenue and brand presence.
This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, etc.)
- Develop and implement strategies to drive online traffic, conversion, and sales growth.
- Oversee product uploads, descriptions, pricing, inventory, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze website performance, sales trends, and customer behavior to identify improvement areas.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to boost visibility and reach.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing e-commerce operations (Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, etc.).
- Strong understanding of online marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO, and paid digital campaigns.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Data driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Leadership experience is an advantage.
